My life purpose is to help other people grow. Whether in my home roles as husband and dad to my four college and high school kids, in my work role as VP of People, or in my church role leading a high school boys small group, I find fulfillment by connecting with others, encouraging them, and challenging them to grow.
Born and raised in Toledo, Ohio, I went to Taylor University, where I graduated with a Math / Computer Science degree. My entire career has been spent in the Enterprise software world, both in implementation consulting, and for the past twelve years on the software side.
Although I enjoy working with customers and leading projects and teams, I really love my current role, where I am focused on three things: Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Company Culture.
I remarried in 2017, and live in Jacksonville, Florida with my two daughters (22 and 19,) son (17,) and step-daughter (15.) For fun, I am the lead singer and keyboardist in a rock band that covers songs from the 80s and 90s.
